We are a Real Estate Investment company focused on sourcing and acquiring Multi-Family properties, in markets with key demographic and economic indicators. We then stabilize and manage these assets to achieve their highest and best use, thus yielding a good return on investment for our partners and for our company. We have flipped properties in 6 states, and own SFRs and Multi-Family properties in two states. We are constantly researching various indicators to locate the best markets for investment. We enjoy building relationships with investors who share our enthusiasm for Multi-Family Investing, whether through partnerships or syndication.

I have been a business partner in Polar Pacific Properties and LMK Enterprises, LLC since 2015. It was a natural progression, since I had a background in construction and Real Estate. I began investing in Real Estate over 20 years ago. I have a General Contractor's license, and operated my own construction business for several years. I’ve built custom homes, completed numerous partial and full remodels, worked on Cal Trans projects, performed excavation/grading/trenching jobs with my Bobcat, and acted as GC on our local renovation projects. I also served as a law enforcement professional for 27 years, with honor and integrity.
I am a managing member and business partner in Polar Pacific Properties and LMK Enterprises, LLC. I have been investing in Real Estate since 1990. Early in my career, I operated my own confectionary manufacturing company and I was instrumental in the start-up of two HVAC/ Sheet Metal Fabrication companies. I then chose a career in education. My education resume spans over 18 years, as a teacher and administrator at private Christian schools, and later as a Behavior Specialist for special needs and At-Risk students. In 2015, I attended Real Estate Investment training and started our business. Shortly afterward, I obtained my CA Real Estate Agent license.
